Shipping

Q.  What are my shipping options?

To make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, we have 2 shipping options:

  1. FREE shipping is applied when you spend in excess of R800 (expedited on an overnight service for all shipments outside of Cape Town.)
  2. STANDARD shipping at a cost of R50 flat rate anywhere in South Africa. We aim to ensure you receive your package  within 2 - 4 days from placing your order.
  3. Our courier service providers only operate Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm. Orders received during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.

Q.  Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, we will be more than happy to facilitate shipments outside of South Africa. Kindly email us at hello@yourbeautybox.co.za

Q.  Once I place my order when will my goods be dispatched?
Your items will be dispatched 24 hours after payment is received. Once we prepare and dispatch your items you will be kept informed every step of the way.

Q.  I have not received a shipping confirmation?

The shipping confirmation can be stopped by the spam filter of your e-mail program, please check your spam folder. If you still don't find a confirmation email please feel free to email us hello@yourbeautybox.co.za or call 0652721108

Q.  I've received my package but an item is missing?

We double/triple check orders before dispatching however if your package has a missing item, please contact us straight away and  we will be happy to assist you.

Q.  I've received an incorrect item in my package?

 Please contact us straight away and we will resolve immediately.

  • Q.  I have received a damaged product?
    Contact us immediatelyhello@yourbeautybox.co.za or call 0652721108. We will always provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. Always include your order number in your message.


  • Payments and Promotions
    1. What payment do you accept?
      We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Payfast Instant EFT, Bitcoin, Mobicred
    2. How to use my Discount Code?
      Discount codes/Vouchers can be applied in the designed Discount box during checkout. Once you press 'Apply', your discount will be deducted from your shopping cart total & you can continue to 'Payment'. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

    Q. Can I exchange the product?
    Of course you can! Please check out our Refund Policy for terms and instructions.
